Upon arrival technicians located water rising from asphalt between mobile units 13 and 14. Technicians began by removing asphalt and excavating. After excavating 2 to 3 feet below ground technicians found 1 inch poly pipe to be leaking 6 inches away from last repair. Technicians utilize bands with clamps in order to stop leak. Technicians also utilized ABS pipe as a conduit to keep from touching electrical high-voltage wires. Once temporary repair was made technicians backfilled with sand and asphalt.
Arrived to property and found mainline clogged. Found 1 way clean out behind home, used main snake with double sided blade to clear line . Hit clog about 30 feet out ran well past clog to ensure cleared line. Tested all systems and everything is working properly at this time.
I arrived at the property to install a Chicago metering valve for a woman’s bathroom by the basketball court. I removed the old valve and installed the new valve. I tested it and it is working properly.
I arrived to find the sewer line backed up again at the 3” end of the line clean out in the ground on the back left side of the house. The 3” clean out in front of the house was clear and flowing. I ran a mainline snake with a 3” grease cutting over blade attached into the 3” end of the line clean out on the rear left side of the house. I got the line to flow about 30 feet into the line. Then ran the snake all the way out to the main in front of the house. I didn’t pull anything back on the blade or cable. I checked all of the interior drains and toilets to make sure they are filling and flushing correctly.
Dug up the sewer line behind the building and ran a mainline snake through the hole I’d found in the sewer line. Ran a 3” grease cutting double blade out about 50-60 feet to get the line to unclog. Pulled back some roots after running the snake through a lot of rough pipe. Ran water into the sewer line from a hose and into the toilet flange to test. The sewer line is flowing without issue at this time.
I was called to a commercial building to unclog a sewer main line that was affecting the toilets in the main office and nurse station. I ran the snake down from a 4-inch clean out to a blockage at about 40 feet. Tested the line to ensure it was working properly. I also checked the basins and flushed the toilets to make sure they were working correctly.
I installed a kitchen faucet that the owner provided. I tested it for proper function and found no leaks.
Removed and replaced hallway guest tub/shower valve. Tested for proper function, it is good and no leaks found.
I arrived at the property and found a shower leaking from a John guest fitting in the wall behind a smitty plate. I replaced the fitting with a new one and tested it to ensure it was working properly.
