I ran the snake back and forth multiple times until I finally got the line to unclog, pulling back feminine products. I reset the toilet in unit 905 with a new doubled up wax ring and a new flex line. Toilet was flowing properly after testing/flushing with toilet paper multiple times.

Arrived on property ran camera through sewer line found 2 belly areas we marked it on the camera video how far in the sewer line were the belly’s was at. Also located a spot on sewer line were it was not round it was not to bad. It was in the kitchen area on the left side of sink. Ran camera all the way to the city sewer main. The sewer over all looks pretty good.

I turned off the water to the house, drained the tank, and accessed the t&p valve. I installed a 3/4 ball valve and flex line on the cold side and replaced the faulty t&p valve. I turned the water back on, lit the pilot, and checked for leaks.

Had to offset with pvc 90’s to accommodate pipes not lining up properly causing stress to pvc pipes. Turned water back on checked for leaks

Sprinkler system feed on back patio leaking from pvc male adapters. Cut out existing pipes and installed 1” ips isolation valve. Connected with 1” pvc schedule 80 nipple. Had to offset with pvc 90’s to accommodate pipes not lining up properly causing stress to pvc pipes. Turned water back on checked for leaks

Merced, CA - Arrived to just the master bathroom toilet clogged with everything else draining. Ran a toilet auger into the master bathroom toilet and got it to flush about 2 feet into the toilet. Flushed the toilet with toilet paper in the bowl to test. It’s flushing without issue at this time.

Arrived to find the sewer line clogged at the 4” abs pipe they had previously dug up and broke a hole into the top of the pipe. Cut the hole big enough to get a double blade into and ran a mainline snake down the line. Got the line to flow about 100-110 feet into the line after fighting through some rough pipe. Pulled back some roots on the blade and cable. Ran water inside the house to test. Everything is draining at this time.

I shut the gate valve off and found the leak outside had stopped. I advised the onsite maintenance staff that we’d like to cut the pipe and cap it off inside the wall, but they didn’t want us to do that. The on site maintenance staff asked us to just leave the valve shut off and cover it up with an access panel so they could turn the water back on if they needed to.

Returned to find gas leak still, removed water heater & removed patch in wall, found gas line running into ground. Went under home & cut gas line going into floor & plugged 90 & tested. Line held as it should. Talked to owners & came to conclusion to just hook back up water heater & leave furnace on back side of add on disconnected. Ran trac pipe to hook up water heater & tested line is holding at this time. Reconnected meter along with stove top, water heater & ac unit. Switched out gas valves for ac unit & water heater due to being old & not gonna pass for PG&E.
