I ran a cable both ways to cover the entire sewer line. I did not pull anything out and tested the line properly after flushing the toilet and running a wash load.

Found the flange was higher on the right side and would need to be replaced in order to fix the toilet being higher on the right side than the left and too high for the toilet to seat onto the ground properly. Tried to gain authorization from the owner to change out the flange. They chose to leave it as is at this time. Had to use 14 shims, a set of toilet caps, and a 3” wax ring to reseat the toilet. Filled and flushed the toilet multiple times to test. It’s functioning without issue at this time.

Then ran it downhill into the tank multiple times to get the line from the restaurant to the grease trap as clear as we could get it. Then ran downhill into the 4” one way clean out after the grease trap.

I was called to fix a kitchen faucet that was not working. After inspecting the faucet, I found that the angle stop and supply line were the problem. I replaced the angle stop and supply line and backwashed the kitchen faucet. Now the faucet is working perfectly.

Removed the hose from the air gap to the garbage disposal and removed a lot of grease and food debris from the hose. Removed the old air gap and installed a new one into its place. Filled and drained the dishwasher again. Found the air gap functioning as it should be and the dishwasher draining without issue at this time.

I arrived at the property and found a leaking laundry sink p-trap. I removed the old p-trap and replaced it with a new tailpiece tubular pipe to basket strainer. I ran plenty of water to ensure there were no more leaks.

I arrived at a home with a toilet clogged with everything else draining. I ran a toilet auger into the toilet and pushed a mass of hard waste and toilet paper through the toilet. I filled and flushed the toilet multiple times to test. The toilet is now flushing without issue.

I was called to unclog a sewer main line. I ran a snake/blade down the line to find the blockage, which was a paper towel. I pulled out the paper towel and flushed all the toilets, urinals, and basins to test the line. All is flowing at this time.

I ran a kitchen snake down the drain in the wall and pulled back a bunch of sludge from the drain on the snake. I reassembled the drain with a new metal trap nut and ran water into the sink to test. The kitchen sink is now draining properly.

I arrived at the property and found a sprinkler valve leaking and snapped going into the ground. I removed the sprinkler valve and put a 3/4 ball valve with a galvanized plug. I turned the water back on and tested all the faucets and sprinklers, and everything is working properly.

I repaired a broken sewer line for the left side units. I had to dig up and jackhammer concrete to get to the broken pipe. I dug up to where there was good pipe and removed the old pipe. I installed a new pipe and tested the line. There are no leaks, and the line is flowing good. I also snaked out the mainline for the units on the right side.

I removed the toilet from the flange and found that roots had eaten away the wax ring. I replaced the flex line, doubled up the wax ring, and reset the toilet with two shims to even it out. I also replaced the flapper in the toilet tank to stop the toilet from running. I filled and flushed the toilet multiple times to test it, and it is now filling and flushing without issue.
